This stunning massive 5 bedroom house includes 4 bathrooms & spans over two very generous living levels whilst also providing enormous outdoor entertaining decks with comfortable day beds, outdoor lounges & dine settings, perfect for accommodating family & friends. Enjoy a short 100m stroll from within the estate grounds straight onto the main beach of Agnes Water. The downstairs living area is complimented with a pool table, lounges & outdoor settings plus an area fenced to allow your pet to holiday with you. Plenty of flat spacious areas to park a boat or two & the estate is within walking distance to all Agnes water amenities of restaurants, cafes,shops & 1770 foreshore, boat ramp & marina is only a 5km drive.

• Outdoor parking only plenty of flat ground for a few boats to park & manoeuvre with ease.
